Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between Barracuda Ventures GmbH, Fröhlichstrasse 51, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Rug Life”), and its customers for orders placed via the online shop ruglife.world.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By submitting the order via the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we send you an order confirmation by e-mail.

Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices in the shop are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Unless otherwise noted, prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
Applicable shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

Payment Methods
Payment is exclusively possible via the following payment methods:
- TWINT
- Visa
- Mastercard

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is suspicion of misuse or payment default.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times and conditions will be communicated during the ordering process.
Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Rug Life until full payment of the purchase price.

Returns / Return Shipments
In Switzerland, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; however, Rug Life voluntarily grants the following return policy:
- Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods
- Only unopened, unused products in undamaged original packaging will be accepted for return
- The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated
- After inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded via the same payment method

Returns must be announced in advance by e-mail to hello@ruglife.world.

Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Obvious defects must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
In the case of justified defects, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement delivery, reduction in price, or refund of the purchase price.

Liability
Rug Life is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Any further liability, in particular for indirect damages and consequential damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all legal relationships, to the exclusion of conflict of laws.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers prevent this.
